My wife Lisa and I were sitting on a beach in Mexico discussing the future. 

I had left my job at a Fortune 500 company and was working for a local landscape company.  I wanted to 'go out on my own'
but was worried about taking the plunge. 

Lisa, who has always been my rock, said all the right things about my skills and customer service,  but still I was apprehensive.
